Bringing Love to Every Single Soul (BLESS) is a community-focused Non-Profit Organisation launched in August 2014 by Ms Low Yen Ling, Mayor of SouthWest District. BLESS comprises of a group of Generation-Y leaders with a heart for the community. Having recognised the bountiful potential of social capital, BLESS actively targets the community as a focal point of intervention to support the less privileged in the society.
