Since 2001, Redondo studies the brands strategically and uses design as a tool to connect them to clients and consumers. All of the undertakings throughout these years in the design business has in common the desire to know the client, understand each challenge on all possible dimensions, and find the solution that best aligns itself to the brand. We believe in discipline, process and knowledge. We have developed our own methodology, which includes activities that, based on our experience, have been essential in achieving successful results. These set of activities vary according to the project, but some are indispensable. Observe the client – get to know its business, its competitive positioning, its uniqueness, and its challenges. Understand its market – get to know the industry, how it works, common practices, opportunities and traps; get to know the consumer market, their profile and characteristics, what they want and what they do not want. Analyse competitors – get to know its strengths and competitive advantages, ways of communication, and potential threats. Once we have all these pieces of information, we turn on our antennas and our senses for creation. By stimulating our team with innovative ideas, we seek original and unique approaches for each work that aim to foster an emotional and memorable tie between brands and people; which is the true objective of any branding and design work.
