Nightingale Cider Company (formally Gibbet Oak Cider) produce hand crafted Kentish ciders and perry, that are fruit driven, made using slow wild fermentation and minimum intervention. Family run by the Nightingales of Gibbet Oak Farm in Tenterden, Kent, we’ve been growing fruit since 1948. We released our first ciders in 2013 and since then we’ve stayed true to our heritage. We now proudly present our range of delicious ciders and juices, which celebrate the best of Kent, the ‘Garden of England’.
