Further, we will inspect the property to make suggestions on getting the property in rent ready condition. Once the property is rent ready, we will market through the MLS and a vast number of websites for the perfect tenant. We screen credit, criminal history, sex offender register, employment history and evictions. We do not allow smoking, cats or aggressive breed dogs in any of our properties.
