www.dallasafp.orgDallas Association for Financial Professionals is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to providing a forum for its members to keep abreast of new developments in the rapidly changing field of Treasury Management. Founded in 1978, DAFP assists in the exchange of ideas, techniques and practical applications related to improving the management of cash through education and communication. Our members are corporate practitioners, bank representatives, and other financial service professionals whose responsibilities include decision-making in the fields of finance, investments, risk services and cash management. DAFP meets 8 times annually: 7 dinner meetings that are usually held the third Thursday of each month and a comprehensive education conference in September. All meetings provide continuing education credits for CTP's and CPA's. If you are interested in presenting a program to our membership, please go to the "Contact Us" or "Officers" button on the left hand menu and email the Program Committee Chair. DAFP also holds two social events: a Holiday Party in mid-January and a Summer Party in mid-June. The 3 values that sets DAFP apart are: 1. Providing excellent professional continuing education on a wide variety of Treasury Management topics. 2. Providing opportunities for career networking and problem solving with other financial professionals. 3. Providing a strong social network of friendship and support within our financial community.
