Bodh Shiksha Samiti is a not-for- profit organization working on the issues of equitable quality education, educational policies, quality school models, educational governance and classroom practices for over 25 years. The organization works by means of a network of 42 common community schools that it manages and the partnerships it has with government system for improving the quality being delivered by the government schools. Bodh works with state governments on evolving strategies and policies to move towards the goal of universal and equitable quality, Bodh is a community of around 500 full time employees, millions of community members, children and organizations supporting it. Presently its impacting around 8 million children by means of its programmes. Its core beliefs lies in the principles of equitable quality and believes that the society at large can move towards being more egalitarian and enlightened, if it ensures equitable quality education to all its children.
