A3 Property Investments is one of the main administrators of hotels assets, with presence in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Miami. In 2018, A3 acquired real-estate assets of Atton Hoteles S.A. ending with 11 hotels in its property: 5 in Chile, 3 in Peru, 2 in Colombia and one in Miami. All of them are operated by Accor, leading French hotel operator, using Pullman, Novotel, Mercure and MGallery brands. The company develops and invests in hotels with corporate focus, privileging location and service. Now is evaluating and developing new investment opportunities in the region.
