The McCormick Home Foundation is a charitable organization that was established in 1984. The Mission of the McCormick Home Foundation is to raise funds to support resident care and quality of life for McCormick Home and Alzheimer Outreach Services. Our vision is to be a recognized leader in long term care and Alzheimer Disease and Related Dementias in the London community. Funds raised support life enrichment programs and therapeutic recreational activities that are designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and clients. Through a variety of fundraising initiatives, the Foundation has contributed a cumulative total of more than $1 million in support of McCormick Home and Alzheimer Outreach Services.
