Incorporated in 2013, SPECS is a fully woman-owned business with certifications from the CA CUCP, UDOT, ADOT, LA Metro, the City of San Diego and more. The SPECS team holds degrees and experience in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Business, and Construction. Our team excels in solution development and is focused on early engagement in the design process by coordinating with the project design team to ensure the most efficient and viable solution for cost, environmental impacts, permitting, design coordination, construction timelines, and aesthetics.
