Our mission is to substantially improve young professionals’ life skills and thereby facilitate their career readiness, marketability, advancement potential, and preparation for meaningful and fulfilling lives. To achieve this, our team has written a book and developed a corresponding course focused on seven skill areas: Self-Development, Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, Personal Finance, Global Awareness, Problem Solving, and Leadership Skills. We offer internships every semester for young professionals to complete our skill development course and apply their skills by designing and implementing a community-based capstone project.
