Initiate: it’s often hard to get a good idea of the ground. We help by building a case for change, engaging supporters and finding launch platforms. Accelerate: often change happens a lot slower than we want or need it to. We help by build a change plan that will have a range of initiatives all aligned and designed to accelerate change. Sustain: often a major change starts with good support and momentum but fades over time due to lack of interest, other priorities, or inertia. We help by regularly monitoring the pulse of the change and tackle potential obstacles before they become real issues e.g. cultural mismatch.
