Welcome! We are glad to have you here. TFM was started to provide grant services to nonprofits under 10 years in operations. TFM also serve new nonprofit organizations through our consulting services to guide staff members of newly formed nonprofit in program development & management, becoming grant ready, and helping with program evaluation. TFM works with nonprofit organizations to identify and apply for grants to fund their programs. To date, we’ve helped more than 350 nonprofits across various continents to identify grant opportunities and apply for thousands of grants to foundations, corporations, and state government entities. TFM expertise covers topics like youth development, homelessness, education, after-school services, community development, mentoring services, research and advocacy, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, international aid, and development.
