Catalyst’s project delivery philosophy is founded in providing a leadership role in bringing owner, architect/engineer and contractor together in a collaborative approach in order to diagnose and resolve complex issues at complex facilities. With an emphasis on bio-medical research and diagnostic laboratories (Bio-Safety Level 3 and higher), Catalyst is highly experienced in providing services for mission critical and new state of the art facilities, as well as older facilities requiring assessments, troubleshooting, re-commissioning or retro-commissioning services.
