'Dansdiëtetiek Nederland' (DN) is a foundation that was started in 2017. Dancers and dance teachers of all ages, styles and levels need to be adequately fueled and build nutritional knowledge for optimal performance and health. Just like any other athlete that demonstrates commitment. Dancers work with passion to reach his or her goals. "Dansdiëtetiek Nederland - Nutrition for Dancers" combines love and passion for dance, science and nutrition. Filling the gap between the evidence based (sports)nutrition and the Dutch dance scene by providing dancers the help and information they need, (might) seek and deserve. DN allows these artistic athlete's to consult easy accessible evidence based nutrition information and book dance specific nutrition counseling when desired so dancers and dance teachers can fully enjoy doing what they love most: dance!
