Edmonds Judd is one of the Waikato’s longest-established legal firms, tracing its history back to the first legal practitioner in Te Awamutu, Thomas Gresham, who practised in the 1880s. In its present form it was created in 1987 through the merger of Edmonds Dodd and Judd Brown. Edmonds Judd currently comprises five Partners and around 40 staff. The firm places emphasis on professional development of staff, to ensure that we are able to give our clients quality advice. Just as important to us is the creation of a relaxed, supportive relationship with our clients, to relieve them of the worry or stress that sometimes accompanies legal processes.
