Offering Atlanta’s first weight inclusive, full-service fitness studio, Clarity Fitness is disrupting typical gym ideology by removing traditional weight lifting machines and utilizing free weights during standard workouts. The groundbreaking fitness center will nurture healthy perspectives of nutrition and exercise, encouraging positive body image in a manner that is seldom seen in the world of fitness. Clarity Fitness has purposefully set out to strengthen not only the body but more importantly, one's relationship with the body. This implementation of strategic weight-inclusive health and fitness approaches will work to increase the success and commitment of individuals working towards healthier lifestyles. Tucked away in the heart of Decatur, the new fitness center will offer individual and small group personal training sessions, group exercise classes, gym access memberships, and community workshops and activities in an encouraging, comfortable and supportive environment. Doors opened January 2020, with plans of a franchise expansion throughout the Southeastern region and eventually worldwide.
