The Independent Builders Network (IBN) is a conglomerate of Builders registered both Domestically (DBU) and Commercially (CBU) throughout Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Southern New South Wales, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland. Founded by recently retired Kevin Renwick OAM in order to assist smaller builders in being competitive in the cluttered new home market as well as growing their businesses, we are not a Franchise but a true Network of professional local Builders. IBN is now operated by Family Members, Margaret Rosenow (Sole Director) along with Steven Rowarth and Tim Renwick. Working together we are providing a higher quality of home, more personal and better value for money services, than the overseas owned, volume project builders. Each Member retains their individuality as a stand alone business and benefits from the resources, buying power, training systems and support of the highly professional state-wide network.
