F M Agro Foods Ltd. is an automatic rice mill and a private limited company. It was incorporated preliminary to implement an agro-based processing project in Birampur, Dinajpur, Bangladesh at its own land of around 700 decimals. The project in the name and style of F M Agro Foods Ltd envisages for setting up an AGRO COMPLEX. At the outset, the company intends to set up a 300 MT per day fully automatic rice mill. The project will adopt AUTOMATIC GREEN TECHNOLOGY to participate in the rice industry of the country. The project is located at 753 Purbo Jagannathpur ,Birampur, Dinajpur, Bangladesh. The project will not only play a role for meeting the demand for the product in the local & export market but also give an opportunity to the local investor for the economic development of the country. The total fixed cost of the project has been estimated TK. 665.299 million and the total estimated initial working capital of the project is TK. 328.946 million. A pre-invested feasibility report to this effect has been prepared about the project design, covering in detail of its probable, profitability and other relevant aspects. The proposed mill is assumed to operate at 70% to 95% efficiency during its 1st to 6th year of operation respectively. The site of the proposed project is well connected by road from Dhaka and other parts of the country. The required power is available. Necessary financial provision has been made in the cost estimates. The requirement of water will be met by a deep tube-well & the utility will be meet by REB.
