It's a "Bucket List Gym" We get you physically fit enough to achieve the goals you always wanted too. Goals with depth and meaning such as trekking somewhere special, going on an adventure holiday, climbing a mountain, skiing back country, an ocean Kayak Safari. We are about training hard so we can get outdoors and do exciting things!!! Our clients have told us they want to kick goals, tackle life head on and get amongst it, they want a life of fitness, great health and adventurous experiences. They want the fitness foundations to be able to achieve those goals. Imagine training in a space that is about ticking off life and bucket list goals, and creating memories for life outside the gym. Our gym contains both an altitude training chamber and a bouldering wall.
