Motherhood is all encompassing, wonderful, and life altering. But we don't believe that becoming a mom means you should shed all of your former self. There are social norms that push us to believe mothers should fit a certain persona. We exist to do the opposite. Aluma exists to make time for mothers to explore themselves and make more space for things they have left behind in motherhood. From art and creativity to entrepreneurship: Aluma exists to let the light in. We provide an ongoing program just for mothers that includes a quarterly workbook and immersive audio guide to help you focus and escape for just 15 minutes a day. We believe doing a little bit of work a day on yourself goes a long way...and that work needs to not feel like work!
