ITs Festival Amsterdam is the biggest European student festival where you can scout over 200 young graduates in the performing arts in more than 50 unique productions. It is a wonderful opportunity to catch a glimpse of how the performing arts will look in the coming years. Alongside the productions, the festival programme is filled with inspiring debates and workshops, ending every day with the famous ITs afterparty. The main reason we organize ITs Festival Amsterdam every year is to offer these young graduates a stepping stone. We are dedicated to actively connecting young theatre makers and dancers from all over the world. Every year programmers, festival directors and casting directors, national and international, are invited to the festival to scout new talents. With this policy, ITs Festival Amsterdam stimulates the artistic pollination between young makers and increases their chances of employment.
