Alan’s Ph.D. in Biology led him to faculty positions, teaching a variety of courses, including Anatomy and Physiology for health care professionals. In addition, he helped start several nursing programs, designed teaching labs, supervised faculty, and held a number of administrative roles including Associate Dean. His passion is teaching, supported by his talent for reaching people at all levels to help them achieve understanding. Jenny has a diverse business background in accounting, management and human resources. Her passion for helping others, supported by her intuitive and empathetic talents, inspired her to earn a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. We enjoy mentoring others to find a balance in all wellness aspects of their lives including physical, environmental, personal, and financial. We believe in having a plan B, reducing debt, securing retirement, and reinforcing the family structure by providing the freedom to care for our children, grandchildren, or aging parents on our own terms. We support improving your personal health and that of the environment with safe and effective products. Our philosophy is education based: encouraging informed living, because what you don’t know can hurt you! We use a healthy approach toward intentional living throughout our life journey and help others make choices to move their own journey forward in a meaningful direction.
