Our counseling services provide mental health counseling and psychotherapy services with a holistic approach focusing on the mind, body and spirit. We address a variety of needs including, but not limited to, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief/loss/bereavement, stress management issues, coping with chronic health conditions, caregiver stress, GLBT, family counseling, substance addictions, and adjustment to life changes to name a few. We also offer workshops and Support Groups in Long Island, NY and Orlando, FL.
