Our mission is to provide the soft-complex Human Science support to innovative organisations to ensure that Australia's position as the global capital of excellence in applied R&D endures. IGOR provides Human Science Research & Consultancy to Australian Government Departments and Agencies, the Australian Army, the Royal Australian Navy, the Royal Australian Airforce, the Australian Federal Police and Defence Industry as well as Australian Universities and Reseach organisations. IGOR enjoys solid working partnerships with a broad spectrum of Defence industry in Australia including the major engineering primes and sub-primes and all major Australian Universities. IGOR engages on human factors projects from the design and procurement phase through to safety reviews and modification of systems. IGOR engages in operational analysis both in corporations seeking to undertake action across the broad spectrum of change and corporate evolution, as well as operational analysis in military command & control (C2) activity. IGOR has delivered consultancy service in cultural analysis, change management and strategic training for innovation workforces through to research projects involving the delivery of agent based modelling simulations of complex organisations and social network analysis of global communities. IGOR participates in the Defence Industry Security Program.
