We believe in setting up new leaders for success by providing them with coaching for their development. Asila Calhoun created a coaching program for new leaders, where she coaches leaders early in their leadership journey. Asila believes in ensuring new leaders have the tools and confidence to lead, which means happier employees, low turnover, and fewer morale and performance problems. Asila’s philosophy is to coach leaders early in their careers as a preventative measure, rather than reactively coaching senior executives in an effort to remediate challenging leadership behaviors that have been at play for the duration of their careers.
