Our mission is to bring excellent business judgement and commercial practices to the evaluation, management and divestiture of assets of the Government of Canada. Our vision is to be the Government of Canada's primary resource for the evaluation, management, and divestiture of its commercial assets. Current Subsidiary Corporations: - Transmountain (TMP Finance): Acquired, finances and provides strategic direction for Trans Mountain Corporation. - Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation (CHHC): Manages the Government's interest in Hibernia and ensures readiness for divestiture. - Canada Enterprise Emergency Funding Corporation (CEEFC): Designed, stood up and manages the Government's Large Employer Emergency Financing Facility. - Canada Eldor Inc. (CEI): Manages the remaining obligations of the corporation relating to disposal of low-level nuclear wastes and decommissioning of a former mine site. - Canada Growth Fund Incorporated (CGF): Creates and oversees the Canada Growth Fund as it is being established.
