Our mission is to "Impact the Future Outcomes of Young Black Males" by creating High Tech and STEM education and mentorship opportunities in disadvantaged inner-city/urban communities. With a long-term goal of preparing young black males to meet the predicted 1,000,000 technology workforce shortage by 2030. By exposing black boys early to these opportunities we can make progress toward decreasing the racial income inequality and wealth gap. As we reach these goals we will see an economic impact on low-income and disadvantaged communities.
