SoundStage32 (Ltd) is a UK company founded by Raindance alumni leaded by George Chiesa. The ethos of the company, a young independent film producer, is to leverage advanced technology in media, IT, film and management in general, to de-risk artistic projects, making them germane and genuine investment propositions. We believe in fair treatment of collaborators and members of the supply chain. We aim to be profitable via outstanding on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery of innovative film productions. We rely on people being free from worries and creating at their best. We support all Guilds/Pact rates where applicable, and we use them as framework for making fair deals. We believe in making great pies "Pies" bigger, better and more appealing to the consumer market. We also believe in splitting revenues and credits fairly, being assertive and fair to everybody that participates in a project. We do NOT believe in "work for credits", "work for experience" or any other kind of "work for calling card".
