Christian McMahon founded three25 to offer his services as a Multi-Sector CIO / CDIO, Digital Transformation Leader, Board & Venture Advisor, Customer Journey Designer and Non-Exec Director. Christian has a notable track record of success in permanent and interim capacity at board level including VC / PE backed firms and has over 15 years experience of leading and delivering successful digital transformation including shaping, communicating and executing a strategic vision into deliverable operational plans. He has a natural capacity to innovate with the ability to influence change at board level that drives outcomes from conception to delivery through effective leadership and communication whilst helping bring others on that journey. One of Christians key strengths is the ability to adapt and translate technical matters for non-technical audiences. He is comfortable in engaging with customers in getting feedback and using this to improve products. He has various Non-Executive Director roles including Yotra Ltd where we are building the ITSO on Mobile (IoM) smart ticketing product in partnership with Google that allows Train, Bus and Tram Operating Companies to fulfil tickets through Google Pay direct to their phone. We plan to extend IoM beyond Google Pay to include all popular digital wallets.
