Edugains is a Mumbai (India) based niche consulting and outsourcing firm in the field of foreign exchange (FX) management and related banking. Key services are FX risk management, interest cost optimization and advisory on FEMA. We develop innovative and yet practical solutions for our clients to reduce the overall costs of finance, bank charges and effectively manage risks arising from currency movement in import-export transactions, foreign currency borrowings and foreign currency investments. We serve corporates (Both Indian and MNCs) and Asset Management Companies (AMCs) operating in India. Most of our clients in corporate sector are with top-line of Rs 50-1000 cr. We offer multiple engagement models for clients - starting from advisory to full outsourcing. Many of our clients who have seen our strength in solving their problems prefer to outsource the entire spectrum of Forex, Banking and FEMA to us. Our approach is to first study the client's business needs, study its current banking arrangements and study inherent currency risk to identify key issues. We then apply our understanding of various banking products, regulations and changing market dynamics to develop a unique solution.
