Xaxist Arts is a creative agency that worked with hottest international brands and a game development studio that developed super hit iOS game 'Rolling Zimro'. Xaxist Arts ‘rolled the dice’ in 2011, starting in the wine capital of India, Nashik, where the idea was initially conceived. “Xaxist” (pronounced as ‘zag-zist’) refers to a pirate sailor. It is inspired by an article about entrepreneurship titled, Are You A Pirate? by Michael Arrington which was published on TechCrunch. Our image of a pirate symbolises maturity gained through reached finesse and high professional standards. The word pirate is derived from an ancient Greek word ‘peirates’ meaning ‘to attempt or experience.’ Xaxist Arts dare attempt no matter how irrational and difficult ideas may sound. We started as a creative digital studio specialising in delivering world-class creative solutions with a mission to ensure that every company gets functional elegance. We worked on many projects in a wide range of businesses including Media, Finance, Consumer Products, Entertainment, etc. Our clients are based in India, United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia. Transforming our ideas into games was always our passion and part of our mission. After establishing a strong foothold in the Media and Entertainment industry, we started developing and publishing our own Indie games on various platforms. Being a startup ourselves and with such vast experience, both in technology and design, we love to add value to other startups that help grow the ecosystem.
