Willow Partners is the preeminent undergraduate business society at Florida State University, founded in 2015 with the intent of promoting the general success of FSU's College of Business as a whole. Currently, the society focuses on students with demonstrated interest in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Sales and Trading, Investment Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and other high impact careers. The society's flagship program is Noles on Wall Street, a highly selective year-long program for students interested in Investment Banking, preparing them for the rigorous recruiting process and securing summer analyst positions at top firms. The program is run by seniors and alumni with industry experience and consists of financial modeling and valuation techniques, alumni panel discussions, behavioral and technical interview training, and networking tactics.
