I am Dr Lakshman Ganatra, a Clinical Psychologist, but you can call me Lucky. I have over 10 years of experience working within the NHS, private sector and charitable sector. I have experience working in a variety of specialist areas including working with children and young people with mental health, children in care, physical health difficulties, adults and older adults who struggle with mental health. I have a particular interest in trauma, identity, shame and child and family issues. I believe that we need to make our knowledge more accessible so that everyone can use it. I am passionate about developing a strong mind-body link and supporting you to address emotional difficulties, reach your goals and live life in accordance with your values. I want to encourage you to become empowered to make meaningful changes to your own life and support you to tackle problems in a creative way.
