衍義成立緣起（Goal & History of Beacon）： 丘濬大學衍義補曰：「民生有欲，不能無爭，爭則必有訟。」 理想是指路明燈。沒有理想，沒有堅定的方向；沒有方向，沒有生活。 生活中有所爭訟時，須有指路明燈，才能平息訟爭。 律師應建基於對法律了解及對公義的尊重，協助訟爭平息。 “Supplement to the Abundant Meanings of the Great Learning ” says："When people have desire，it’s impossible to have no conflicts, and conflicts bring litigation." Ideal is the beacon. Without ideal, there is no secure direction; without direction, there is no life. When coping with litigation , only the Beacon light can calm down the conflicts. A lawyer shall help calming down the conflicts based on understanding of law and respect of Justice. 衍義設立宗旨（Founding Value of Beacon）： 1.秉持「預防法學」之理念，扮演「問題解決者」與「問題防範者」之雙重角色。 2.透過「法學理論」與「法律實務」觀點，事先評估法律風險與利弊得失，進而提供專業法律意見。 3.對於業已發生之爭議案件，檢討爭訟發生之原因，擬定避免未來相同爭訟案件再度發生之因應措施，以及相 關法令之修正建議。 4.持續追求「法律風險極小化」之終極目標。 1.Holding the value of preventive Law, as a “problem solver” and “problem preventer”. 2.With vision of legal theory and legal practice, evaluate the legal risk, pros and cons , supplying professional legal opinion. 3.For controversial cases, we will review the causes and draw up measures to prevent the same case and advice on modification. 4.Keep pursuing the goal “Minimization o f legal risk”.
