Our aim is to produce the highest standard of dairy ice cream possible and together with internationally recognised fine food producers, local Northern Irish dairy farmers, our highly skilled and valued production team, we create the legend that is Maud's Ice Creams. Since starting production of ice cream back in 1982, we have risen to be the largest producer and award winner of dairy ice cream in Northern Ireland, supplying over 300 stockists. In 2003 we were the first Northern Irish and Irish based manufacturer to win the Champion of Champions Award, the highest accolade possible in the prestigious UK National Competitions of the Ice Cream Alliance.
