Mego ensures both high-quality products and services. Company Dive in its research of retail sector customer service quality listed Mego in third place. In this study, so-called „mystery shoppers” were evaluating such criteria as tidiness and order in the shops, staff courtesy, responsiveness, interest in customer needs and competence for customer service procedures. Mego team has more than 2500 employees and we are one of the biggest social taxpayers in the country. The total turnover of Mego in 2020 exceeded 200 million Eur.
