Mr. Dams, and his sons, Gordie and James, have run the company since that time according to a simple premise: "Be honest, fair and respectful, and we will earn a customer for life." The company began as the smallest metro-area Lincoln-Mercury dealership, and today, vies for top sales volume of all metro area Ford dealerships.
