About the founder Rarebird Consulting was founded by Jennifer Tsou, a brand and marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in the US and Asia. Before striking out on her own, Jennifer was previously at Rainbowwave PR agency in New York where she was responsible for events and activations, influencer and celebrity outreach for her clients. She has had extensive experience launching brands in New York, including former luxury jeweler Nirav Modi where she led the marketing and communications for the brand’s US launch. Prior to that, Jennifer lived in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, working for luxury retailer Lane Crawford where she was responsible for PR and marketing as the iconic store was expanding into China.
