Residence Rivergate is situated at Janáčkovo nábřeží in two of the most beautiful New Renaissance buildings, a complete reconstruction was finished in the last quarter of year 2016. Another trully exceptional project is hotel Le Palais ***** which complete restoration to its original beauty and a brand new corporate identity was finished during the year 2015. The third one is development project SPÁLENÁ 5 concerning complete reconstruction of the current administration building into a modern multifunctional residential building with underground garages and a glazed roof extension. The whole project was completed in the Spring of 2017. Our company further provides complex real estate services in connection with the sale and lease of properties and we also perform management and maintenance of some of them.
