We believe that everyone should have access to healthy nutritionally adequate food. Our vision is to see our community heed the call to battle and stand on the front lines against hunger and say, “Taste This!” We are a nonprofit organization designed to help feed, educate, and serve our community. We are undertaking a mission, led by God, so that our community may “…taste and see that the Lord is good…” Psalm 34:8Feed Feed We will feed our community regardless of financial means through our restaurant, TasteThis . We will also partner with other nonprofit organizations to meet the need of supplying 53,640,759 meals annually in our Tarrant county community. Educate We will educate the community through ongoing cooking classes showcasing how to prepare economical meals with common ingredients that can be grown in your backyard or found in-season. Classes are no charge and food made in the class is used in the restaurant during service. Serve We are a community focused organization and need the help of our community to even exist. This support is vital to our longevity and overall long-term success. We will provide opportunities for folks to serve and live and breathe the needs of their community.
