We are the oldest victim assistance organization in Washington State, and one of the first in the nation. Our Mission is to support victims of crime through advocacy, education and awareness. VSS provides direct services in Snohomish, Island, King, Whatcom and Skagit counties. We serve victims of adult missing persons, assault, burglary, elder abuse, fraud, gang violence, hate crime, homicide, human trafficking, identity theft, robbery, vehicular assault and vehicular homicide. Our services are designed to meet your needs as a crime victim and assist you in your journey including one-on-one advocacy, crisis intervention, criminal justice advocacy and intervention, courtroom support, media intervention, support groups, resources, referrals and education. All services are free and you do not have to report to law enforcement nor does your immigration status prevent you from obtaining our services.
