At Pittsburgh FIT (functional integrated training) we use integrated performance training designed to get people into the best shape of their life. We focus on cardio, strength and body movement (gymnastics, managing our bodies through space). We also believe that nutrition is the foundation of a great performance and support people in making the best food choices for their lifestyle. Our physical gym is void of non-essentials - you will not find non-functional machines like treadmills, elliptical machines, or Nautilus weights. What you will find are expert coaches, dumbbells, pull-up bars, boxes, balls, ropes, kettlebells and free weights.
