A 57 Year Legacy in EDUCATION Apex Foundation under the aegis of Sanjay Shiksha Samiti (An Educational Society Regd. Under S.R. Act. 1958), is the governing body of all the group institutions of APEX. The University has been established by Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 of 2018 & is duly recognized by UGC U/S 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
