El Serafy Engineering was established in 1989 as an electrical contracting firm, and over the ensuing few years worked closely with many world-class electrical manufacturers such as GE, Siemens, and Schneider. Contracts undertaken included low-voltage and medium-voltage distribution systems, high-rise building busduct installations, CCTV, fire fighting, public address and other (light-current) systems. More recently the company has forged further partnerships with other world class manufactures and solution providers such as Piller, ABB, Delta Controls, Hub bell Lighting and Mac Lean Power Systems, as well as broadening its partnership with GE to cover power system engineering and Smart Grid solutions for the electric utility industry. Behind the drive to expand its activities is our passion to bring our customers total integrated solutions to answer their immediate and longer-term needs. Some years late a special business relationship evolved with GE who appointed El Serafy Engineering as the company’s factory authorized service representative and distributor for its range of power distribution products and system. Outside Egypt the company expanded its activates to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states In 2007 set up a subsidiary El Serafy Engineering FZE in the USE. Working out of its base in Dubai our company is well placed to offer its expertise in power systems , automation , construction and engineering services, gained in Egypt over many years, to other nations in the region
