Our first investment is the BudaPart project, which aims to create a unique 21st century district in the Lágymányosi Bay area of about 54 hectares. By the end of the development, almost half of BudaPart will remain a green area (26 hectares), including one of the most exclusive public parks in Budapest, the Kopaszi Dam.
