Family Connection of South Carolina has a long history of providing parent-to-parent support to families of children with disabilities or special healthcare needs. Each year, hundreds of families in our state are connected with veteran "mentor" parents who have walked a similar journey. Families with shared experiences are uniquely qualified to help each other, offering support, guidance and encouragement.
