ProclaRx is a preclinical sage biopharmaceutical company committed to the discovery, development, and commercialization of first-in-class therapeutics and vaccines for biofilm associated chronic and recurrent bacterial infections. Formed in 2014, ProclaRx is based on a novel bacterial biofilm disruption mechanism discovered by researchers at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. ProclaRx's lead program, a broad spectrum therapeutic antibody, is being developed for indications such as chronic and recurrent otitis media, sinusitis and cystic fibrosis related pulmonary infections.
