Robert Rech Founder A 35 year veteran of the concert industry, Bob has continually made his mark on the profession. His expertise in talent buying as Entertainment Director of the Northern Lights Theater in Milwaukee, WI led to it’s reputation as one of the finest venues in the country, and to his as one of the premier talent buyers. In 2011, Bob produced the critically acclaimed Cheap Trick Dream Police show at the Northern Lights Theater, which featured the album played in full with a full 18 piece orchestra. Due to popular demand, the show returned the following winter. A vast number of up and coming stars, solidified superstars and legendary comedians took the stage at the Northern Lights Theater which ultimately culminated in Bob being named Casino Entertainment Executive Of The Year in 2015.
