Females in Finance was created to address one problem: gender inequality in the business world. Finance is a male-dominated field, and people often have the misconception that females are not interested in finance. However, this is false. Instead, it is because young girls are not given the chance to pursue their interests in this industry. Therefore, Females in Finance was created to be a welcoming space for those who are traditionally left out of the field. Our goal is to help the next generation become financially literate one girl at a time.
