The EFT Company was established by IT and business consultants specialising in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Cards and Payments. The company has a primary objective to ensure that resources engaged in Payments have the knowledge to perform the roles. Our knowledge, skills and experience cover: EFT devices such as EFTPOS, Pay@Pump, Payment Devices, ATMs, Transaction Acquiring, Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, Card Management & Issuance, Transaction Switching, Security and Transaction Authorisation. We provide two main services - Payments training and, Cards and Payments resource assessments. Payments training covers Payments basics, Digital payment fundamentals and AS2805 messaging. Additional courses are under development and we provide course development for individual company needs. Resource assessments quickly identify resources’ knowledge and understanding of the Cards and Payments industries and identify areas that need to be improved. There are 3 types of assessment - Role based for specific resourcing needs, Payment concepts - general payments knowledge and, Course based - tailored specifically to determine whether resources need to attend our training courses.
